Note: Our Cancellation policy requires a minimum of 5 hours notice. We also have a strict no kids under 12 policy. For more details, see our booking policy.

The most straightforward is through our website. Simply click the link in the bottom right corner, and follow the prompts to select Location, Barber OR Service, and then confirm whether you would like the payment to be processed online or paid in store.
Via App
You can also follow the same process through our branded app, which keeps you logged in so you don’t have to enter your personal details each time you book. All appointment history and details will be stored in one easily accessible place.

Do you have a wait list?
If you don't see the appointment you’re looking for you can join a wait list as people reschedule their appointments often. We try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible!
What is your cancellation policy?
We know things happen, but in order to keep the wheels turning we have strict guidelines regarding cancelled and late appointments. Appointments canceled within 5 hours of your scheduled time will be charged a fee unless it’s an emergency. Clients that are more than 15 min late may be rescheduled depending on the service. Don’t be that guy.
Do you allow kids in the shop?
NO KIDS (NOT KIDDING)
Although we love kids, we do not allow children under the age of 12 to be scheduled for appointments or be permitted inside the shop. This is a place for parents and non-parents alike to relax and enjoy the quiet ambience, with no screaming children. Period.
Do you offer special events?
Yes, special events must be booked 3 or more months in advance and each event is tailored to the specific individual. Off site wedding day events are available as well. Email HELLO@DERBYSUPPLYCO.COM for more information.
Where do I park?
We offer validation for the parking garage or there is metered parking on the street.
